Job Summary

The Wasserversorgungszweckverband Weimar is seeking a dedicated professional to lead its digital transformation and organizational development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes while driving the implementation of new digital solutions. You will act as a key bridge between technical departments, IT, and external partners, managing digitalization projects from planning to rollout. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, manage change initiatives, and assist in maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to BSI/ISO 27001 standards.
