Job Summary

As an Electrical Production Coordinator at FERCHAU, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the high performance of modern maritime vessels through the expert management of electrical systems. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating electrical production and assembly work, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all tasks meet strict quality and deadline requirements. You will act as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with planning, design, and construction departments while providing technical leadership to subcontractors and partner companies. A key part of the role is proactive problem-solving on-board, where you will identify disruptions early and develop immediate technical solutions to keep production stable. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Several years of leadership experience, ideally within a shipyard environment or industries with similar technical processes
  • Professional experience in coordinating electrical manufacturing and assembly work
  • Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractors and external partner companies
  • Proven track record in technical problem-solving and process stabilization
