Job Summary
As the Head of Finance and Accounting at kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum, you will lead and strategically develop the financial department for one of Bavaria's leading psychiatric clinic groups. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the finance team, ensuring the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB, and overseeing investment and liquidity planning. You will act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors while driving the digitalization of financial systems, specifically the Amondis platform. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who enjoys combining financial expertise with leadership in a healthcare setting. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting or a comparable qualification. Additional qualification as a Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) is desirable.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in a leading position within the field of finance and accounting
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing staff
- Experience in the healthcare sector or comparable institutions is highly desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations and financial guidelines
- Professional experience in preparing financial statements according to HGB standards
