Job Summary
As the Workshop Manager for Building Automation at kbo Isar-Amper-Klinikum, you will lead a dedicated technical team responsible for the maintenance and repair of building automation and hazard management systems across the Haar site and regional Munich branches. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating internal staff and external contractors, managing material procurement and inventory, and ensuring strict compliance with legal safety regulations and accident prevention standards. You will also play a key role in energy management systems and handle administrative tasks such as digital billing and invoice verification. Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician (Elektromeister) with a German journeyman's certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by the Chamber of Crafts (Handwerkskammer).
Experience
- Professional experience in building automation is highly desirable
- Proven experience in leadership and personnel management
- Extensive experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and devices
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and contractors
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and safety regulations

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must provide proof of measles vaccination or immunity (for those born after 1970). Participation in on-call and standby services outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays, is mandatory. Location requires travel between Haar and regional Munich sites.
