Job Summary

As a Senior Project Manager for DCDC Modules, you will take overall responsibility for high-impact projects involving state-of-the-art assembly technology for Artificial Intelligence platforms. Your daily activities will include leading cross-functional, international teams, conducting forward-looking risk management, and adjusting project plans to ensure goals are met within the Power System IC organization. You will be responsible for identifying business challenges and implementing solutions for Intermediate Bus Converter product families. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or a similar field. Formal Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI) is desired.

Experience

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in a relevant technical field
  • 8 years of experience leading projects and cross-functional project teams
  • Hands-on project management experience specifically in the arena of power conversion
  • Experience with electronic design and manufacturing processes in Asia
  • Experience working within a complex matrix organization and high-pace environments
