Job Summary

As the Director of Analog & Mixed Signal Design for Radar ICs, you will lead a high-performing team of approximately 15 design engineers within the Research & Development department. Your primary focus will be overseeing the delivery of world-class radar millimeter-wave ICs for automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. Day-to-day, you will guide technical workflows, optimize project staffing, and evolve design methodologies to improve efficiency and time-to-market. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of radar technology portfolios.
