Job Summary

As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale energy storage system installations. Your daily responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards (HSE). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician. Ideally supplemented by further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical installation or mechatronics
  • Proven experience in site management, specifically within plant engineering or industrial construction
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing site handovers
  • Ideally authorized for medium-voltage switching operations

Additional

  • Willingness for intensive travel (4-5 days per week) within the DACH region is required. Valid driver's license for company car usage.
