Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your daily responsibilities include planning and managing construction sites from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE). You will act as a key liaison between project management, commissioning teams, and service partners, facilitating smooth handovers and providing technical guidance for maintenance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or advanced training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; or a university degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

Several years of professional experience as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician
Professional experience in construction site management, preferably with a focus on plant engineering
Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
Experience in coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality compliance on site

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

High willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 business days per week). Authorization for medium-voltage switching (Schaltberechtigung) is preferred.
