Job Summary
As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards from commencement to final handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and manage critical HSE documentation, including risk assessments. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of site-based leadership and hands-on problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician; or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on plant engineering
- Practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing project stakeholders
- Experience in creating HSE documents and accident prevention regulations
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for 4-5 working days per week is required. A valid driver's license is necessary for the provided company car.
