Job Summary
As an Electrical Construction Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial and industrial clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing site setups, coordinating subcontractors to ensure high quality standards, and managing the final handover to customers. You will be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders on-site and will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy field work and want to work with cutting-edge renewable energy technology. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; alternatively, a Master Craftsman (Meister) certification, Technical degree (Techniker), or a University degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Professional experience in construction site management, ideally within plant engineering
- Practical experience working with medium-voltage installations
- Proven experience in coordinating on-site project stakeholders and managing technical handovers
Languages
Additional
- High willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for 4-5 days per week. Full-time position with 30 days of vacation and a company car provided.
