Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training as an Electronics Technician (Energy and Building Technology), Mechatronics Technician, or similar, with further qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician; or a University degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.

Experience

Professional experience in technical troubleshooting and analysis of complex electrical systems
Experience in remote maintenance and the use of diagnostic software
Experience in technical customer service or support (2nd level)
Experience working with ticket systems and CRM tools
Experience in coordinating field service operations or on-site technical deployments

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional
