Required Skills

Education

Completed technical training as an Electronics Technician (Energy and Building Technology), Mechatronics Technician, or similar, with further qualification as a Master (Meister) or Technician; or a University degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical troubleshooting and analysis of complex electrical systems
  • Experience in remote maintenance and the use of diagnostic software
  • Experience in technical customer service or support (2nd level)
  • Experience working with ticket systems and CRM tools
  • Experience in coordinating field service operations or on-site technical deployments
