As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and managing construction sites from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. You will act as a central communication hub for all project stakeholders, managing handovers and providing technical support for maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; or a university degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
- Proven experience in construction site management specifically within plant engineering
- Practical experience with medium-voltage systems, ideally as an authorized person
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors and managing safety protocols on-site
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is required. Must be able to manage accident prevention regulations and create safety documentation.
