Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position at KRH Klinikum Region Hannover offers a multifaceted role managing telecommunications and mobile infrastructure for one of the region's largest public clinic operators. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Unify telecommunications systems, alongside the administration of a comprehensive Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment. Your daily tasks include managing Apple Business Manager, configuring device profiles, and ensuring security compliance. Beyond mobile and voice systems, you will support server, network, and storage administration, providing high-level technical support and employee training. This role is unique for its blend of hardware-focused telecommunications work and modern digital device management within a critical healthcare infrastructure. It offers the opportunity to lead projects and steer external service providers while contributing to the implementation of new technologies across multiple hospital sites.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Systems Technician, Telecommunications Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Telecommunications (TK) is preferred.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of Unify systems.
- Experience in server, network, and storage administration support.
- Experience in project management and leading technology implementation projects.
- Experience in managing external service providers.
