Job Summary
As the Head of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable at KRH Klinikum Region Hannover, you will lead the accounting operations for one of Germany's largest public hospital operators. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of AR/AP accounting, performing administrative tasks within SAP-FI, and generating critical financial evaluations. A significant part of this role involves identifying optimization potentials and implementing process automation solutions to modernize financial workflows. You will also play a key role in project management and change processes within a team of 9,000 employees. Required Skills
Education
Certified Management Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) and/or a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in accounting, ideally within a hospital group or large corporate structure
- Proven experience in personnel management and leadership is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP-FI administration and financial reporting
- Experience in developing and implementing process automation and optimization
- Participation in project work and organizational change processes
