Job Summary

As a Vocational Instructor at the Kiel Naval Arsenal, you will lead and mentor a group of up to 14 apprentices in the field of electronics for devices and systems. Your daily responsibilities involve delivering both theoretical and practical instruction in accordance with the Vocational Training Act, designing project-based assignments, and evaluating student performance. You will be responsible for material planning, maintaining workshop equipment, and providing supplementary lessons to support vocational school curricula. Beyond the classroom, you will supervise apprentices during external seminars, attend career fairs, and ensure compliance with occupational safety and youth labor protection laws.
