Job Summary

This role involves the strategic development, coordination, and evaluation of Occupational Health Management (OHM) measures for the Görlitz District Office. You will be responsible for translating health metrics and committee findings into actionable workplace initiatives, managing budgets, and updating official health regulations. A significant portion of the role focuses on project management, where you will lead change management projects and organizational development processes to foster a healthy corporate culture. This position is unique as it moves away from traditional administrative tasks toward an innovation-oriented field with high levels of personal responsibility. Working within the Department of Organizational Development, you will collaborate closely with management and steering committees. The role is offered as a part-time position (32 hours per week) and serves as a temporary maternity and parental leave replacement, providing an excellent opportunity to influence the well-being of over 1,800 employees in a large regional public service provider.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (Fachhochschule or University) in Health Sciences, Communication Sciences, Health Promotion, Health Management, Communication Psychology, or Public Management/Administration (e.g., Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt, LL.B. Public Administration).

Experience

  • Practical experience in Occupational Health Management, including participation in health-related measures or projects
  • Experience in project management, specifically within the context of change or organizational development processes
  • Experience in leading internal and external project team members
  • Professional experience in a structured, service-oriented administrative or corporate environment
