Job Summary
This full-time role involves managing quality control processes for a medium-sized electronics manufacturing company serving the aerospace industry. Based in Geseke, you will be responsible for the day-to-day inspection of incoming materials, in-process components, and final products to ensure they meet technical drawings and documentation. Key tasks include creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), managing non-conformance reports (8D reports), and collaborating with various departments to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements. This position is particularly attractive due to its long-term perspective with a planned permanent takeover, a competitive starting wage of at least 18.00 EUR per hour, and a structured early-shift schedule. The role offers a supportive environment within a family-owned company that has over 30 years of experience in electronics assembly and serial production.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field (e.g., Electronics Technician, Electrotechnical Assistant, Electrician, Mechatronics Engineer) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality assurance and quality management, ideally within the aerospace industry
- Experience in assembly inspection and material testing based on technical documentation
- Practical knowledge in creating and processing first-sample inspection reports
- Experience in handling non-conforming materials and implementing corrective actions (8D reports)
- Background in electronics manufacturing or mechanical roles such as Industrial Mechanic or Machine Operator is beneficial
