Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Associate in the electronics manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standards of components and assemblies, particularly for the aerospace industry. Your daily tasks include managing technical drawings and documentation, conducting assembly inspections, and performing incoming, in-process, and final quality controls. You will play a critical role in quality monitoring by creating First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and managing non-conformance reports, including 8D reports. This position involves close collaboration with various departments to resolve quality issues and contributing ideas for process improvements.
