- Extensive experience in leading solution development and portfolio management for complex IT environments
- Deep professional experience working with Bundeswehr user organizations and their specific structures (SAE)
- Extensive experience in managing multi-project environments and leading other project managers
- Professional experience in reporting and communicating at the executive and management levels
