Job Summary

The BFI Group, an established IT service provider in Germany, is seeking an IT Technician to join their team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including setting up and dismantling PC workstations and connecting components. The technician will perform hardware repairs, execute IMAC services (install, move, add, change), and adjust network parameters. A key part of the role is providing 1st and 2nd level support, addressing incoming incident reports, and meticulously documenting all activities in a ticketing system.
