Job Summary

This role is for a Service Technician specializing in network technology, joining the support team for a major client in Oberursel. Day-to-day, you will be a key contact for planning and executing network architecture projects across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Network Security. Responsibilities include installing cables (copper and fiber), performing cable assembly, and conducting in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of network disturbances involving servers, switches, and cabling. You will also manage network technology within data centers and provide 'Hand and Eyes Services' for client switches and cross-connects. The ideal candidate has a background in IT or electrical installation, professional experience in network support, and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and Cisco networking components. Scripting skills (Ansible or Python) are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in complex project environments within a well-established IT service provider.
