This role involves leading the architectural development of residential and commercial projects for a family-owned construction firm with locations in Gadebusch and Hamburg. As a Project Development Architect, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of design and planning, specifically covering HOAI service phases 1 through 5. Your day-to-day will involve creating feasibility studies, developing urban design concepts, and optimizing existing properties for potential purchase or renovation. You will work interdisciplinary with internal and external partners to balance aesthetic quality with economic and technical feasibility. Experience
