As a Project Development Architect at HTG Hoch- und Tiefbau Gadebusch GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping residential construction projects from initial concept to construction readiness. Operating from either Hamburg or Gadebusch, you will independently manage design phases 1-5 (HOAI), conducting feasibility studies and evaluating existing properties for acquisition or optimization potential. Experience
- Several years of professional experience in HOAI service phases 1-5
- Proven experience in both new construction and renovation of existing buildings
- Professional experience in residential construction project development
- Experience in coordinating with authorities and project stakeholders regarding building permits
