Job Summary

This two-year graduate program is designed for ambitious graduates looking to bridge the gap between data analytics, strategy, and sustainable technology. As a participant, you will join a business team from day one, taking full ownership of high-impact projects such as optimizing electric vehicle routes, minimizing food waste, or developing robotic fulfillment solutions. The role involves a steep learning curve with a focus on turning analytical insights into tangible business solutions. You will rotate through projects every six months, receiving structured mentorship and training in both leadership and technical domains. Based primarily in Düsseldorf and Amsterdam, you will collaborate across international markets including France and the Netherlands. This position is unique for its 'hands-on' approach to leadership, where you are expected to execute and scale your own ideas within the largest electric delivery fleet in grocery retail, making it an ideal launchpad for a career in tech-driven retail management.
