This two-year graduate program is designed for ambitious graduates looking to launch a high-impact career at the intersection of data, strategy, technology, and sustainability. As a participant, you will join a business team from day one, taking full ownership of business-critical projects that directly influence the grocery shopping experience for thousands of customers. The role involves a mix of analytical thinking and hands-on execution, such as optimizing electric vehicle routes, minimizing food waste, or personalizing app interactions. What makes this position unique is the steep learning curve and the international exposure, with training and collaboration spanning across Düsseldorf, Amsterdam, and the French market. You will transition from learning to leading by mastering both technical tools and leadership competencies like project management and stakeholder communication, all while contributing to a sustainable, tech-driven retail model.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Graduate level) in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, Technology, or a related analytical discipline.
