This role is central to the Office for Information Technology and Digitalization, where you will act as a key driver for digital transformation projects. Day-to-day, you will manage end-to-end digitalization initiatives, serving as a vital link between internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include project planning, resource management, and budget control, alongside change management tasks such as conducting rollout training and minimizing resistance to new technologies. You will also document and optimize business processes for automation. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in project and change management, ideally within the context of digital transformation
- Foundational knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience using project management software tools, specifically Projektron BCS
- Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and optimization
- Experience in stakeholder moderation and communication
