This role is for an engaged and qualified Controlling Specialist within the Office for Youth and Family, focusing heavily on specialized and financial controlling, reporting, and budget support. The specialist will be responsible for the continuous analysis of key performance indicators, creating actual-versus-target comparisons, and deriving actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and quality. Key daily tasks include managing the internal reporting system, compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and supporting the annual budget planning and monitoring processes. Furthermore, the role involves managing specialized administrative procedures and user administration. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Economics or Administrative Sciences, or a qualification as a state-certified Business Economist, Commercial Specialist, Administrative Specialist, or Administrative Business Economist (VWA)

Experience

  • Fundamental knowledge in the area of Controlling
  • Experience in handling Controlling software
  • Experience with the LÄMMkom system or similar specialized applications (desirable)
  • Experience in public administration (desirable)
  • Experience in creating reports and presenting data
