Job Summary
This position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within the Institute of Pathology at the University Hospital Bonn (UKB). As a Laboratory Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the histological receiving laboratory. Your core duties include the archiving of histological block and section specimens, preparing materials for clinical conferences, and performing various auxiliary laboratory tasks. The role is designed to be highly flexible, offering 19 hours per week with shifts typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM to accommodate a university schedule.
