Job Summary

As a Corporate Functions Coordinator within the S4E Rollout team, you will lead the structured and compliant implementation of Corporate Functions processes across global waves. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as a wave-level Product Owner, where you will align Finance, HR, and Regional Support requirements with overarching program objectives. You will serve as the central design authority, ensuring global template adherence while managing local legal requirements and cross-cluster dependencies. A significant portion of the role focuses on RAID management (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions), stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making to minimize risks and ensure business continuity. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in workstream ownership, dependency management, and risk & issue governance
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs within matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated background in Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, or Regional Support)
  • Experience in stakeholder facilitation and cross-functional team coordination
  • Experience managing external partners and localizations within a global template
