Job Summary

As a Sales Operations Manager at Siemens Energy in Duisburg, you will be the central point of contact for spare part service projects across the Europe and Africa regions. Your daily responsibilities involve providing technical advice to customers, preparing quotations, and overseeing order processing from inception to completion. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of experience working with technically complex special machinery, preferably within the aftermarket sector
  • Proven professional experience in sales and implementing business improvement initiatives
  • Experience in leadership and motivating cross-functional team members
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer communication for complex technical projects
  • Experience in non-conformity management programs
