As a Generative AI Software Developer, you will join a cross-functional team of software engineers and AI developers dedicated to transforming cutting-edge generative AI concepts into robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. Working with HENSOLDT in the aerospace and defense sector, your daily responsibilities will include designing and implementing new Gen-AI agents and functional modules using modern LLM frameworks. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment on dedicated internal infrastructure. Key tasks involve integrating AI functionalities into existing software ecosystems, optimizing model performance for production environments, and ensuring high standards of security and reliability.
