Job Summary
As a Building Management Systems (BMS) Technician at Bosch Building Automation GmbH, you will play a critical role in making federal defense facilities intelligent and energy-efficient. Your primary responsibility involves the independent commissioning of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) systems and building automation solutions. You will implement standardized software applications for automation stations, control cabinets, and management units, ensuring all systems function according to strict standards. This role offers high technical responsibility, as you will coordinate with project managers, external subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training in Electronics for Devices and Systems, Electronics for Automation Technology, or a comparable electrical engineering qualification. Advanced certification as a State-Certified Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a technical degree is preferred.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the commissioning of MSR or building automation systems
- Proven expertise in handling standardized software applications for automation technology
- Experience in HVAC plant technology and functional process sequences
- Experience in technical documentation and preparing project handovers
- Professional experience in technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory. Willingness to travel for project-related assignments is required. Must be able to pass security requirements associated with Federal Defense (Bundeswehr) sites.
