Job Summary
As an Onsite Data Center Technician in Walldorf, you will play a critical role in the physical lifecycle of enterprise-level IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include the assembly, modification, and equipping of server racks, involving both copper and fiber optic (LWL) cabling. You will be responsible for the installation and removal of servers, storage systems, and network components, while performing direct hardware troubleshooting and visual inspections. A key part of the role involves managing tickets and maintaining precise documentation in English. This position is part of a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider, offering a modern workspace with enterprise-grade digital infrastructure. The role operates on a 3-shift system, providing a dynamic environment for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and are looking for long-term career stability within a large-scale digital transformation context.

- At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT or data center environment
- Proven experience with hardware components including servers and network systems
