Your daily responsibilities will center on IMAC services, including the installation, configuration, and replacement of client hardware, printers, and mobile data terminals. You will manage hardware and software troubleshooting through both onsite visits and remote support, while also facilitating IT rollouts and providing 'hands-on' network support for cabling and connectivity.
