Job Summary

As an OT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Information Technology and Operational Technology within the Electronics sector. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of IT/OT applications, ensuring rigorous compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery standards. You will act as a strategic link between site-level stakeholders and global project teams, driving the integration of OT services into the ServiceNow framework. Key tasks include managing the IT/OT inventory (CMDB), designing cross-sector training strategies, and participating in Center of Excellence audits. This position is unique for its focus on harmonizing industrial control systems with corporate IT infrastructure, offering the chance to shape service delivery for high-tech manufacturing environments on a global scale. You will collaborate with architects and external service providers to maximize value and ensure operational resilience across the organization's electronics, automotive, and cosmetics supply chains.

Required Skills

Education

Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT/OT environments
  • Proven experience implementing IT Service Management practices using ServiceNow
  • Experience in integrating IT/OT systems into corporate IT infrastructure
  • Professional experience with manufacturing processes, machinery, and control systems
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
