Job Summary
As a Vehicle Electronics Engineer at Siemens Mobility in Munich, you will play a critical role in the technical support and maintenance of electronic assemblies for rail vehicles. Your daily responsibilities include managing component obsolescence, conducting replacement research, and verifying new parts through laboratory setups. You will be responsible for maintaining production and repair documentation while performing complex circuit and error analyses. A significant part of the role involves supporting the development of automated testing equipment and providing remote diagnostic support for vehicle control systems using PLC logic and wiring diagrams. Experience
- Several years of professional experience in electronic circuit technology, including analog, digital, and microcontroller systems
- Experience working with robust, high-reliability, and safety-relevant electronic systems
- Professional experience in engineering or service for rail-bound vehicles is preferred
- Experience in analyzing and documenting complex technical issues
- Practical experience using SAP within a professional environment
