This role involves supporting the operational process management within the Office for Central Control, Organization, and Personnel for the Teltow-Fläming district. As a Process Management Specialist, you will be responsible for visualizing complex administrative workflows, identifying dependencies, and defining process responsibilities. Working closely with process owners, you will develop 'target' processes to optimize efficiency and ensure robust process controlling. You will also represent the department in various project groups and ensure the participation rights of the staff council and representatives for disabled persons are upheld. Required Skills
