Job Summary
This role involves supporting the operational process management within the Office for Central Control, Organization, and Personnel for the Teltow-Fläming district. As a Process Management Specialist, you will be responsible for visualizing complex administrative workflows, identifying dependencies, and defining process responsibilities. Working closely with process owners, you will develop 'target' processes to optimize efficiency and ensure robust process controlling. You will also represent the department in various project groups and ensure the participation rights of the staff council and representatives for disabled persons are upheld. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration who enjoy analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving. The role offers a secure public service contract with flexible working hours, home office options after the probationary period, and a comprehensive health management program, all based in the heart of Luckenwalde.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor in Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt), Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or a comparable relevant degree.
Experience
