Job Summary

This role serves as the central coordinator for the 'Color meets Flavor' Excellence Cluster's Research Academy, focusing on particle physics education across four major research sites. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of academic programs for students ranging from Bachelor's level to Post-Doctoral researchers. Key tasks include coordinating cross-location Master's and PhD programs, managing internships with industry partners, and developing a new 'Fast-track' PhD program. You will also oversee scholarship programs, mentoring initiatives, and the administration of the teaching website. This position is ideal for a physicist who enjoys academic management and student advising. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Physics and a successfully completed PhD, preferably in theoretical or experimental particle physics.

Experience
