As a Senior Professional Systems Engineer within the 'Real-Time Communication' team at the IT-Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), you will be responsible for one of Germany's largest communication and collaboration environments. Your core mission involves ensuring the stable, secure, and data-compliant operation of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business for over 130,000 users. Day-to-day, you will plan, maintain, and automate IT infrastructures, analyze system requirements, and drive the agency's cloud strategy forward. The role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft M365 services and PowerShell scripting.
