Job Summary

As a Senior Professional Systems Engineer within the 'Real-Time Communication' team at the IT-Systemhaus of the Federal Employment Agency (BA), you will be responsible for one of Germany's largest communication and collaboration environments. Your core mission involves ensuring the stable, secure, and data-compliant operation of Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business for over 130,000 users. Day-to-day, you will plan, maintain, and automate IT infrastructures, analyze system requirements, and drive the agency's cloud strategy forward. The role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft M365 services and PowerShell scripting. This position is particularly attractive due to its high degree of flexibility, offering up to 80% remote work, a structured onboarding process, and extensive professional development opportunities including up to 20 days of training per year. Required Skills

Education

University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
