Job Summary

This role involves working for an internationally active technology group in Berlin, focusing on the structured collection, analysis, and formal specification of system and software requirements for high-frequency (RF) systems. As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for managing functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, real-time capabilities, and reliability. You will lead stakeholder workshops, manage the toolchain using JAMA, JIRA, and Confluence, and ensure full traceability and consistency across the project lifecycle. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with up to 60% remote work and a 40-hour work week. It is a unique opportunity to apply CPRE best practices to complex cyber-physical systems within a high-stakes environment, bridging the gap between hardware, embedded software, and testing teams while optimizing quality assurance processes through established metrics and templates.
