Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Medical Technology. Alternatively, a completed vocational training with additional technician certification and extensive relevant experience in medical technology.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the service or installation of Computed Tomography (CT) systems
  • Proven experience with CT portfolios and specific Customer Service (CS) tools
  • Experience in performing detailed technical error analysis and remote diagnostics
  • Professional experience in a customer-facing support or technical advisory role

Additional

  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts between 07:00 and 18:00) and participate in weekend on-call duties approximately every eight weeks. Candidates must be eligible for mobile work within Germany (up to 60%).
