Job Summary
As a Pega Systems Developer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a productive Pega CRM system within the healthcare billing industry. Your daily responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing low-code solutions, ranging from data models and workflows to complex integrations, plug-ins, and dashboards. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, translating functional needs into sustainable system architectures. The role is highly collaborative, requiring you to optimize existing CRM processes while strategically advancing the platform's capabilities. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT-related vocational training; valid Pega Certification (Certified System Architect - CSA or Certified Senior System Architect - CSSA).
Experience
- Professional experience in implementing low-code solutions using the Pega platform
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in optimizing CRM processes and system architecture
- Practical experience in developing dashboards, reports, and plugins within Pega
