Job Summary

This role involves holistic system administration and the modernization of a critical IT landscape. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will take primary responsibility for the operation of a Solaris server environment while actively supporting the Linux infrastructure (Debian/RHEL). A significant portion of the role focuses on strategic transformation, where you will lead the migration of services from Solaris to Linux and Windows environments, and assist software development teams in containerizing applications using Docker. You will ensure high availability and disaster recovery across two data centers, manage central storage components via SAN, and automate workflows using Ansible or Shell scripting. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys deep troubleshooting across all support levels and wants to play a key role in transitioning legacy systems into modern, containerized infrastructures.
