As a Senior Requirements Engineer at SIGNON Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of DB InfraGO AG, you will serve as the critical interface between stakeholders and development teams. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and documenting digital business and operating processes specifically for railway infrastructure. You will be responsible for creating both agile and classical requirements for complex software systems, establishing process standards, and ensuring the high quality of documentation through rigorous reviews. Beyond technical analysis, you will take a leadership role by mentoring colleagues and facilitating workshops with internal and external partners. Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or another degree program with a technical focus; Recognized certification in Requirements Engineering / Management (e.g., IREB).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in creating agile and classical requirements for software systems
- Proven experience in analyzing and documenting digital business and operating processes
- Professional experience in mentoring and instructing colleagues
- Demonstrated experience in conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement reviews
- Experience in the railway infrastructure sector or a similar technical industry is preferred
