Job Summary
As a Technical Site Supervisor for Electrical Engineering, you will play a critical role in realizing major railway infrastructure projects in the Rhine-Main region. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and monitoring construction sites, ensuring that all electrical installations—specifically overhead lines and 50 Hz energy systems—are executed according to contract, safety, and quality standards. You will frequently trade office work for on-site supervision, managing timelines, costs, and environmental protection protocols. This position is ideal for a dedicated technician or master tradesperson who enjoys hands-on field work and is committed to ensuring the operational safety and technical integrity of large-scale infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a state-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or industrial master (Industriemeister) in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in an electrical field.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical or telecommunications engineering
- Experience in construction supervision or site management is considered an asset
- Willingness to undergo qualification as a certified Site Supervisor if not already held
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required; willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; must pass a mandatory suitability assessment (Eignungsuntersuchung).
