As a Technical Facility Manager at STADT UND LAND, one of Berlin's largest municipal housing companies, you will play a vital role in managing the technical infrastructure of over 53,000 residential units. Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and coordinating measures to ensure traffic safety and operator obligations, managing maintenance and repair contracts, and overseeing modernization projects from a building services perspective. You will be responsible for budget control, quality management, and detailed documentation.
