Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Manager at one of Berlin's largest municipal housing companies, you will be responsible for the technical integrity and operational safety of a vast portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Your day-to-day role involves organizing and coordinating maintenance measures, managing service contracts, and overseeing repair and modernization projects specifically within heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems. You will play a critical role in budget control, quality management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
