Job Summary

This role involves the implementation, development, and administration of specialized software solutions for building management within the Region Hannover administration. You will be responsible for managing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, workplace booking software, and ticketing systems. Day-to-day tasks include defining software requirements for procurement, adapting digital tools to organizational needs, and analyzing existing processes to increase efficiency. You will also coordinate internal regulations, such as service agreements and manuals, while ensuring systematic data maintenance for furniture, inventory, and electrical systems. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration who possess a strong technical affinity and organizational skills. Required Skills

Education
