This role is central to the Region Hannover's mission to achieve climate neutrality and advance the local energy transition. As a key member of the Municipal Energy Transition team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and coordination of financial participation models that allow citizens to invest in renewable energy. Your daily activities will include evaluating economic and legal frameworks for new corporate entities, managing public tenders, and acquiring subsidies to fund climate initiatives. You will act as a bridge between internal departments, external experts, and local stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the structural foundations of regional energy policy from the ground up. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and process management.
  • Experience collaborating with municipal administrations, energy utility companies, and financial institutions.
  • Experience in network coordination, event organization, and professional moderation.
