This role involves working for the central IT service provider of the Brandenburg state administration (ZIT-BB) in Potsdam. As a key member of the Purchasing and Contract Management department, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services. Your daily responsibilities include organizing and conducting public tender procedures in accordance with German regulations (UVgO, VgV/GWB), drafting service descriptions, and evaluating bids. You will also be responsible for contract lifecycle management, specifically focusing on EVB-IT contracts and license compliance. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in conducting public tender procedures and negotiations
  • Experience in drafting and managing IT-specific contracts (EVB-IT)
